  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning the product(s).
  4. Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  5. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective product).

3. Inspection and Processing of Returns

Once we receive your returned product(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.

If the product(s) are approved for return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If the product(s) do not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ship the product(s) back to you at your expense.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned product(s), excluding any shipping costs or other fees.

Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the product(s) are returned in a condition that is not consistent with the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at returns@element89capital.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or repair.

Please provide photos or videos of the damaged or defective product, as well as the packaging, to help us assess the issue.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that have been altered or modified.

  • Products that are not in their original condition, used, or damaged.
